Everything was very good, including location and staff. I liked having a mini bar, central heating and a work desk. They made my stay NICE.

I came here for 4 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Well priced breakfast, pleasant staff, I thoroughly enjoyed perfect location. I asked for guest room and it was bright;)))

The venue is a little worn tbh, though it has great location and staff. Worth every penny view of sea...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was average.

Staff are very courteous, rooms are warm and location is top. Tidy and fairly comfortable hotel in San Sebastian City Center district. Late check out too. Furthermore, free WiFi works throughout the property.

Incredible base for a 2-night stay. The double room had a good bed. Appreciated cafe de la concha, it was so close to the hotel and offered nice treats.
